I recently returned to the Northern Virginia area and learned my friends had formed a non-profit "Giving Circle of Hope" and one of the projects they were very involved with was "Flashes of Hope". Flashes of Hope was looking for volunteers for their Photo Shoots. I jumped at the opportunity to be part of their goal of "giving memories". There is something so special about the medical professionals, the children and families that remind you every life is so special and its love that is the glue of life. The photographers and make-up artist create a magic moment in time where life is smiles, giggles, bubbles and fun. The pictures become treasured memories. Who wouldn't want to share in that memory?
